I took on the herculean task of writing up almost 100 games for Hyper Magazine’s 101 Games You Must Play special. The upside is I enjoyed most of these games very much. The downside? A very short turnaround time.

My first word growing up was ‘Batman’. Well, it came out more like ‘Batbahh’ but there was no mistaking the intention. This is because caped crusaders, masked vigilantes and blown out muscle boys and gals basically reared me.

So when the task of finding the top 25 super hero games came around, I slipped on my tights, strapped on a mask and taped a beach towel to my back. Then I hunched over my desk and wrote things.
